National Councilor Dale Dailey was pleased to stand beside the newest member Lily Marie Cortes-Waybright Of Berkeley Springs Council #117 as she received the obligation from Past National Councilor Dennis Everett.
Brother Dailey was proud that the Dailey family tradition was continuing. Brother Dailey’s daughter, Jennifer had joined at a young age and continues to be active. Now his granddaughter, Lily who calls him “Pappy” is joining. She has been attending Junior Order events from a very young age and is now achieving her goal to be a member. Dale recalled how he had felt when he had taken his obligation and was called Brother by his Uncle Bill Dailey. As each member of Berkeley Springs Council #117 welcomed Lily they were smiling not only to have a new young member but to see that National Councilor Dale Dailey’s family tradition was continuing. All look forward to Sister Lily participating and taking part in the local Council as well as looking forward to the 2026 West Virginia State Session in August and attending the National Session in 2027.
