  • Attained the age of 16
  • Oppose the union of Church and State
  • Citizen of the United States of America
  • Believe in a Supreme Being as the Creator and Preserver of the universe
  • Of good moral character
  • Uphold the American Public School System
  • Not a member of a subversive or anti-American Organization
