Robert Smith (left), Vice Councilor and Chad Smith (right) Councilor for Trophy Council for 2018-2019.  This is the first time brothers have been elected to these offices at the same time since the mid 1960's when Wester Whitlow and his brother Johnny Whitlow held these same offices.
